By accessing or using StorageAtlas (the site), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What StorageAtlas is
StorageAtlas is run by Shoreward LLC, a company registered in New Jersey. StorageAtlas is an informational comparison directory for self-storage facilities. We are not a storage operator. We do not own, manage, or rent storage units, and we are not a party to any rental agreement you enter into with a facility.
Accuracy of information
Facility details, pricing, and availability shown on the site are collected from publicly available sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any price, unit size, or amenity is currently available. Always confirm the current details directly with the facility before making a decision.
Third-party facilities and links
The facilities listed on StorageAtlas are independent third parties, and the site contains links to third-party websites and partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, services, pricing, or practices. Any dealings you have with a facility or other third party are solely between you and that party.
Text messages
StorageAtlas texts renters who tick the box on our quote form agreeing to it. The texts are about the storage request you sent: that we have it, arranging a time to call, and which facilities have space for you. How many you get depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not needed to get a quote. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, copy in bulk, resell, or otherwise misuse the site, its data, or its infrastructure.
Intellectual property
The StorageAtlas name, design, and original content belong to StorageAtlas. Facility information is compiled from public sources and remains the property of its respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StorageAtlas is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, your reliance on any information shown, or your dealings with any facility or third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where StorageAtlas operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country or state.
