StorageAtlas is a free comparison directory for self-storage. We list over 16,000 facilities across the United States and Canada so renters can compare units by price, size, and location in one place, without calling around to a dozen facilities first.
Why we exist
Storage pricing is hard to compare. Rates change often, they are rarely listed clearly, and finding the right unit usually means phoning facility after facility. We built StorageAtlas to bring that information together in one place so the choice is faster and clearer.
How it works
- Search for storage in your city, or browse by state or province.
- Compare facilities side by side on price, unit size, and amenities like climate control, drive-up access, and security.
- Get connected by requesting information from a facility, and we pass your enquiry along so they can follow up.
Where our data comes from
Facility details and pricing are collected from publicly available sources, including business websites and public business directories. We update this information regularly, but rates and availability can change, so always confirm the current details directly with the facility before you rent.
How we make money
StorageAtlas is free for renters. We earn revenue through referral and affiliate arrangements: we may receive compensation when we connect a renter to a storage facility, and some links on the site, such as moving and packing supplies, are affiliate links.
