Three ways to pay for it

Pick whichever suits how you run the place. We will talk it through before anything is agreed.

A retainer
A flat monthly fee, whatever the month brings. Suits a facility that wants a predictable line on the budget and a steady flow rather than a per-renter calculation.
Per rental
You pay only when a renter we sent actually rents a unit from you. Nothing is owed for a renter who never signs. Suits a facility that wants the whole risk on our side.
Per referral
You pay for each qualified renter handed over, whether or not they go on to rent. Usually the cheaper rate per head, and it suits a facility confident it closes what it is given.

Worth knowing first

A renter can ask us to introduce them to as many as three facilities, so you may not be the only operator holding their details. Whoever reaches them first has the best shot.

Already listed and only want to correct your prices or details? That is a different thing and costs nothing: claim your facility instead.
